Google Local Services is about to be launched in Canada. This feature targets the home improvement industry and local trades. Currently, there are 3 categories available for sign-ups;
- HVAC Contractors
If you have already signed up for Google Local Services understand the power of this new feature because it allows customers to find companies that are “guaranteed” (aka trusted) by Google. This is basically Google directly recommending your company.
This feature is unlike the rest. Google Local Services will be a paid service; a pay-per-lead. Pay-per-lead gives the option to choose how many leads a company gets in a specific period of time. For example, if you want to get 10 leads in one week, with a cost of $10 per week, your per-per-lead budget for the week should be $100/week. Hence, with the ability to choose the number of leads, Local Services enables the option for customers to be flexible with the amount of work they receive.
If you’re a contractor, electrician, plumber, HVAC, window & door company or a trades professional within the field, get ready to experience Google Local Services.
